Summer 2017: Trauma & Healing
Recent data (www.cdc.gov/ViolencePrevention/pdf/NISVS_SOfindings.pdf) indicates bi+ women experience significantly higher rates of intimate partner and sexual violence than either straight- or lesbian-identified women. What’s going on? Help us learn more about the impact of intimate partner and sexual violence on bi+ women and how to address it – through opinion pieces, research, personal stories, poetry, fiction, artwork and photography.
Submissions for this issue are due by May 1st.
Submission guidelines can be found at biwomenboston.org.
