Walmart workers are paid less than a living wage, and many are forced to rely on the US government for food stamps assistance in order to [barely] get by. This is CORPORATE welfare. The US taxpayer is paying for it. And it is NOT acceptable. The Walton family that controls Walmart has more wealth in their own pockets than 43% of Americans combined and they could easily afford to pay their workers a living wage. You can show your support by sharing this, and — if you can — by showing up at Walmarts on Friday not to shop, but to stand up for workers.
