When we woke up yesterday morning, we had marriage equality in CT, DC, IA, MA, NH, NY & VT. We are waking up this morning to marriage equality in CT, DC, IA, MA, **MD**, **ME**, NH, NY, VT… and probably WA. And hats off to the people of Minnesota, who defeated an anti-LGBT marriage amendment.
My sincere thanks go out to everyone who voted for equality (or against inequality) and especially to those who worked actively to move us forward.
